The directors of Casa Caramanico are owners of holiday homes in Caramanico Terme. The directors have professional backgrounds in international finance and banking.

The company was formed because we had individually been through the experience of finding, buying and renovating our own properties. We experienced first hand how frustrating and lonely this could be. We encountered problems that can occur when dealing with estate agents who are only really concerned with making a sale. We knew that there were services vital to the success of our projects but once the deal was struck, we were on our own.

When we met, we became determined to introduce a personal service that offered clarity of service and cost. This service was to be run on the ground by local people, but to be managed in the UK.
